As I’ve mentioned quite a few times, come fall-time I am obsessed with everything oxblood. I insist on adding burgundy into my clothing in makeup routine as soon as the temperature starts to drop! This week I decided to do my favorite fall nail look: burgundy & black ombré. I did this look last year, but I never filmed a tutorial. So, this year I jumped on it! I used my favorite burgundy nail polish, Julep Keira. For the black, I used Jessica’s Velvet & Pearls. And the last ingredient you will need is a cosmetic sponge!
I hope my tutorial made it easier for you to create your own ombre. I think my tips are pretty helpful. I find that using your base color while sponging truly makes the ombré look seamless! I urge you to try this method out for any nail polish shades. If you recreate this look, don’t forget to send photos!
What is your favorite shade for fall?
