Back at it again with another mask mix. Since my first mix did so well I decided to make this a semi-regular trend! While I may miss some Mondays due to traveling, a mask mixing monday here or there sounds like a plan to me…
Today I stuck with the pink theme because my Instagram is looking pink AF…so let’s keep it going. After falling asleep in my makeup this weekend (blame it on the alcohol), my skin has needed a little TLC. Dehydrated and dull skin is no way to live.
So, I enlisted the help of Erno Laszlo’s Hydra Therapy Memory Sleep Mask and the Bliss Mighty Marshmallow Mask to tag team my skin. The funny part of this is that they are on very different sides of the spectrum, with the Erno Laszlo mask costing $90 and Bliss only $16! If you caught my Bliss mask review, you know I love them. The Erno Laszlo mask is a great sleeping mask but I don’t love the scent (it smells like old lady perfume to me), but since I use it when I sleep I don’t have any issues.
The different textures of this mask actually work fairly well together, surprisingly. The Bliss mask isn’t a clay mask per se, but has a nice fluffy whipped texture that doesn’t dry down. Once I rinsed off my skin was plumper and brighter with no irritation. YAY!
