I’m a big fan of NCLA nail wraps, I’ve done a few posts on them over the years. I recently applied these wraps in Dunes for the first time in a while and was glad that it only took 15 minutes, even though I am way out of practice! I picked this gorgeous pink and purple marble effect, called Dunes, that is perfect for spring!
Where the perfectly clear sea meets the pink swirly, sandy shore. A paradisiacal blend of color.
I applied all of these with no real problems, there was always a great match for my nails and I only got a few minor wrinkles. I sealed my wraps with NCLA Flawless Top Coat. They recommend using Gloss It!, but I don’t have that one! The top coat doesn’t make the nail wraps crinkle, which I’ve experienced when using other wraps & top coats.
One of the best things about these wraps is that they last just as long as nail polish. The adhesive lasts amazingly well, even if you get a few wrinkles during application. I handled some acetone and was afraid it would mess up my nails, but it didn’t! Of course the top coat came off partially, but the wraps were left undisturbed. To remove, simply peel these babies off and clean up your nails with some polish remover.
Want to see my apply NCLA nail wraps? Check out my NCLA Nail Wraps Tutorial I posted last year! These nail wraps cost $16, and while that is not exactly cheap, it’s worth it because you get 2 applications & they don’t dry out like other brands! Also, each pack of wraps come with a nail file, which is easily the best nail file I have tried.
