I’m sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately on YouTube (and on my blog)! But, last week my blog got hacked, and I thought I was going to lose everything I have posted in the last 4 years. After a minor freakout and some tears were shed, I was able to locate and delete the infected files and we’re back up and running! So, here’s a video I filmed 2 weeks ago and had planned on posting and the beginning of this week- better late than never!
I did some major haul damage, so I figured you guys would like to see it!
I really wanted to try ColourPop Cosmetics after hearing so many good things from a ton of YouTubers and bloggers. I picked up a few lippie stix, pencils, and super shock shadows to try out. I’ll have a first impressions and review of them in a few weeks- the video’s already been filmed! Kinda bummed I placed my order before the blushes came out…maybe next time!
One of the biggest trends to pop up in 2014 and 2015 is matte liquid lipsticks. LA Splash Cosmetics came out with 2 different lines of matte lip products so I had to give them a try. I plan on doing a review of these eventually too, after I get the black one my friend bought for me!
I hauled major skincare at Sephora because I really want my skin to shine and have as few breakouts as possible. My skin was pretty much perfect in Italy because it was so humid, but coming back to smoggy LA definitely changed my skin back to it’s normal acneic self.
I got a few candles and hand sanitizers at Bath & Body Works. For someone who regularly uses public transportation and the gym, it seems crazy that I don’t carry hand sanitizer! I picked up a few manly-scented candles as well, because #singlegirlprobs.
And lastly, a little #humblebrag of a haul from Old Navy Active. I have lost about 45 pounds since May 2014 and needed more workout clothes. Also, I want people to ask me any weight loss questions they may have so I can do a video about it!
So anyways, that’s my wordy explanation of my haul if you didn’t want to watch it all- it was pretty long! But, I picked up a lot of exciting things and I think you guys will love reading my future reviews! Until then…
