France, Switzerland, and Italy Beauty Haul | Video

In the last few weeks I picked up a lot of beauty products in all of the countries I visited. So, since I was busy with traveling and finals, I decided to wait until I came home to film a haul! So, come join the party and see what I got, no spoilers here! :)

PS: So sorry for the bad lighting & coloring in this video. I pre filmed this and then bought new lightbulbs after editing it since I wasn’t satisfied with how it looks! But, hopefully you will like how my future videos will look, because it will be a vast improvement!

London Beauty & Fashion Haul: Primark, New Look, & Boots | Video

A few weekends ago I went to London, and besides seeing all the fab sights I did a little bit of fun shopping that I thought I’d share with you all! I absolutely loved London (I vlogged it, but you won’t see that until I start finally uploading my travel vlogs). I’d consider it my favorite city I’ve visited because there was great shopping, sights, and a fab public transportation system. I only wish I could have stayed longer! That may have been a problem, though, since I did get bed bug bites all over thanks to the hostel I stayed at (but that’s a whole different story).

Anyways, hope you enjoy the haul- I look forward to reviewing the beauty products…and I’m glad to finally be back in action on my blog and YouTube- slowly but surely.

My Nail Polish Collection & Organization | Video

Nail Polish Collection

Hey guys! So I finally had the chance to get one of my pre filmed videos up. Although I pre filmed a few videos, I really should have pre-edited as well- because I can never find the time here in Italy. Anyways, with less than one month left until I return to the states, I hope you will stick with me!

Today I’m showing you my nail polish collection, with my new way of storing them in wall racks made from acrylic. I love this method of storage way more than drawers on the ground, because we all know there is only so much floor space! Although my room isn’t finished, I plan on doing a gallery of pictures in between the two racks shown here! It will make a great background for my future videos, don’t you think?

Let me know in the comments- what’s your favorite nail polish brand? How do you store your polishes?

Pupa Milano Lasting Color Gel Glassy Effect Nail Polish in Amber Shine Review

PUPA Milano Lasting Color Gel Glassy Effect Nail Polish 047 Amber Shine Review

Pupa Milano Nail Polish in Amber Shine

I didn’t bring any colored nail polishes with me to Italy, so after the first week of having no nail polish on I was in desperate need of a manicure! I found this Pupa Milano nail polish in a boutique and thought the brand looked nice, and this coral color was definitely up my alley. So, I picked it up and was off to paint my nails that night!

Pupa Milano Nail Polish in Amber Shine Swatch

Excuse the horrible manicure, but I have limited resources out here, so I can’t fix my messes! This nail polish was fully opaque in 2 coats and dries to a super shiny finish. I thought the rounded edge brush was hard at first, but it does help apply the polish well. The most exciting thing for me was that it lasts very well. I wore this for quite a while before it had any major chips, all of my nails just had a little bit of tip wear for a few days. I would definitely purchase more of these polishes and am now even more curious about Pupa’s entire makeup line!

Glossybox for Harper’s Bazaar- September 2014 Box Review & Giveaway

September 2014 GlossyBox Harper's Bazaar Review

Hi guys! Major apologies for not being active on my blog or YouTube for the past 2 weeks, but I’ve arrived in Florence and have been so busy with my classmates, homework, and planning out trips that I haven’t had a free moment to post. I hope to improve this, but it’s a work in progress! Today I’m sharing the September GLOSSYBOX, which is a collaboration with Harper’s Bazaar. I received this box after I left, so although I didn’t try anything, I can explain the value. Also, GLOSSYBOX was kind enough to feature a giveaway for my readers!

Here is what in the Harper’s Bazaar Glossybox that I received:

  • Vichy Liftactiv Night ($15): This is a night cream that is supposed to be ultra rich, which will be great for the change in season.
  • Essie Madison Ave-hue ($8.50): You can’t go wrong with a pretty pop of pink polish!
  • Benefit Cosmetics They’re Real! Mascara ($10): I really like this mascara, and I love receiving mascara samples because they are the perfect amount that lasts until it expires in 3 months! Va va voom lashes in a flash!
  • Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Authentic ($18): I love lip tars, but this one isn’t my favorite color. I’ll have to wait and see when I can try it myself!
  • Bvlgari Eau Parfumée Eau Thé Blanc ($19.50): A luxe brand is always nice to try, this sounds like it would smell just like a spa!

The total value for this box is $71, which is pretty amazing since the box is only $21 a month! I think it’s so worth it since all of the products are deluxe samples or full sizes. No foil packets here! I can’t wait to see what comes in my next GLOSSYBOX. If you want to try your own Glossybox- enter my giveaway (US only) or buy your own subscription for $21/month and use code FLAWLESS to receive a free Boscia BB Cream with your subscription.
