Facial permanent hair removal has always been a huge pain in the butt for me. I never want to splash out the dough to get my upper lip threaded & waxed because it seems to grow back way too quickly. I don’t really like tweezing hair besides by brow hairs, so that’s out of the question, and then using depilatory creams makes them grow back weird because it doesn’t remove the follicle. After a friend of mine got facial laser hair removal in Melbourne, I was intrigued, but didn’t like the price tag. So I decided to try a couple products I’ve heard good reviews of, Epicare spring and the best tweezers for chin hair. These are easy to use devices that removes facial hair with a simple bend and twist motion.
Simply make an upside-down U shape, grab the colored ends and twist upwards to remove hair. This is the most similar thing I’ve found to threading at home, because it takes out many hairs in one easy motion. You can use this on your upper lip, cheeks, chin, and neck to remove any peach fuzz or stubborn hairs. I find that it does hurt a bit, but afterwards there is no irritation like there is with using other products/services, meaning it’s perfect for sensitive skin! Another amazing thing about this product is the price- it’s only $15, but it is worth a lot more than that because of the money you’ll be saving on trips to get waxed or threaded! This is my new moustache must have…bye bye peach fuzz!
Available at EpicareHome.com for US readers & Nail Polish Canada for Canadian readers for $15 in an array of colors! Fun!
