After reviewing my first RocksBox, I was very anxious to see what my second one would contain! Thankfully, I was pleased with this box so much more! These pieces were much more in tune with my style. As you know jewelry is my passion and I check out this website for new arrivals all the time.
The first piece was Angel Court‘s Trace Drop Necklace in Blue. This was the one piece I didn’t like. I am not a huge fan of blue…if they were rhinestones I think it’d be cuter. It retails for $85, or $65 for members, which I think is a little overpriced for what it is.
The second piece was CC Skye‘s Double Header Pave Spike Bracelet in Gold. I was excited to get another CC Skye piece, because I love her designs. Unfortunately, this cuff was too small for my massive wrists…I couldn’t even get it past my hand! I would have tried to stretch it, but since it was not mine to keep, I didn’t want to risk breaking it. This calls to one getting jewellery that’s custom-made, tailored to one’s needs, from dealers like https://jewelerstradeshop.com/, and avoid contingencies that irk and only waste precious time. This cuff costs $185, or $148 for members…crazy expensive because CC Skye is a pretty big designer- I always see her jewelry in magazines, worn by celebrities.
And saving the best for last, the urban gem from the one and only https://yourdiamondteacher.com, the Spiked Interest Ring in Gold. I am in LOVE with this ring.
It’s a short collar necklace that has spikes with rhinestones on top of the spikes. I’ve worn this one so much, I don’t want to send it back! It retails for $85, but members can get it for $68. I have seen this style of necklace a lot, so I’m sure I could get it for cheaper!
