After picking up this brush at IMATS I have been in love with it. This powder brush is perfect to set your foundation daily. Bdellium Tools has quickly become my favorite brush line to use in the past year or so. I’ve found that this brush works well to powder my face after foundation with both translucent and colored powders, but I also love it to blend out blush! You can find this brush online for under $20. It will make a great addition to your collection. Thanks Bdellium!
Urban Decay Brow Box in Brown Sugar Review
Brows are important…and Urban Decay knows it! With UD’s handy brow box you can shape and fill your brows to your heart’s content. I like to use the lighter shade on the right on the front end of my brows, and then use the darker shade to fill in the arch and tail of my brows. I then use the wax in the bottom drawer to set my brows in place. This has been my favorite brow kit for all of 2012. It’s just the best!
I really like the natural but clean look I get using this beauty. And it’s only $29…which actually isn’t much considering you’re getting 2 different brow powders along with a ton of wax! This is one of the products I’d say you NEED.

How To Fix Broken Eyeshadow (Tutorial)
Have you ever received a broken eyeshadow or other pressed makeup, or accidentally broke it yourself? I have, and instead of throwing it away, why not fix it? I’ve done this a few times and it’s rescued my favorite Stila eyeshadow, Kitten, so I am really happy with this! Learn how to re-press shattered shadows with materials you likely already have! 🙂
Materials:
Paper Towels (to protect surface as well as press the eyeshadow)
Q Tips (to clean up)
Rubbing Alcohol (I used 70% here, but I’ve used 91% too and it dries faster)
Presser (to press the eyeshadow together. Use a coin, lipstick tube, etc.)
And voila, that’s it! Have any of you tried this method before?

Youngblood Mineral Radiance Crème Powder Foundation Review
Recently I got the opportunity to try out Youngblood‘s cream foundation, so I was pretty excited to try it out and share it with you guys because I haven’t used a cream foundation in forever! What makes this foundation different is that it is a cream to powder foundation, so if you like, you don’t have to apply powder afterwards!
My shade is “Barely Beige” and it is the perfect shade for me! It’s a little bit darker on the top layer of the pan, but that goes away after being swiped. This foundation can be found online for $56. I think this is a pretty steep price, but I think YB’s high quality vegan ingredients make up for it.
The compact flips up and houses a sponge underneath to easily use. I don’t like to use sponges, though, so that doesn’t matter for me. But, it’s good if you like sponges or like to reapply your foundation throughout the day!
The product feels very weightless on my skin and feels really nice. But, I find that I get oily pretty fast since this is a cream, and is intended towards dry and normal skin types. I do like this product still because I know it’ll work better when I have more normal/dry skin when fall and winter weather reach here in California!
It has nice coverage and texture, so definitely check it out!
