UPDATE JULY 2017: It appears that Graffiti Sublime Coffee is closed now without a trace…mysterious!
One of my favorite things to do in LA is check out new coffee spots, not only to have some great iced lattes- but because there is always something instagrammable at a lot of them (and that’s my vibe). Plus, grabbing coffee one of my favorite affordable things to do to get out of the house, for times when my house was being repair for some plumbing issues or where I got a great company to repair the roof, that you can get too if you Click This Link.
Graffiti Sublime Coffee is probably one of the most aesthetically pleasing coffee places you’ll find. It’s almost entirely black and white, and always has different types of art that they change up occasionally. They’re kind of infamous for their rules- yes, rules. For a coffee shop. The rules include but are not limited to…18+ (no strollers or screaming babies), no outside food or drink, must make a purchase to get wifi (and then you’re limited on time), and probably a few more I’m missing. Yes, it’s kind of ridiculous…but the rules have never bothered me at the same time.
Can’t go wrong with cappuccino and croissants. ☕️

The inside is very chill and relaxing- I can see why people would want to work on their laptops there- it’s a lot of smooth jazz, a very quiet but hip vibe. I’ve only ever gotten cappuccinos and iced lattes there and have been happy with them every time. They also have pastries, which I haven’t been disappointed by.
It is kinda overpriced for what it is, but I would rather go to a local spot than a Starbucks any day. As long as you know what you’re getting into…you’re golden.
