I’m on a YouTube roll right now and wanted to get back to my roots and share some beauty favorites! My friend Thu, aka @lazygirlglam, started a fun series of 5 minute favorites so I decided to subtly copy her abbreviated video idea by doing 6 products, since it’s my favorite number! Watch the full video below or keep reading to read why I love these products right now…
Ole Henriksen Truth Serum: this shit is really THE TRUTH. You may have already caught my Ole Henriksen Truth Serum review as paired with the Banana Bright Eye Crème and C-Rush Brightening Gel Crème…so I won’t go too in depth. But, the love affair with this one after getting it as a sample was surely not a fling…I’m obsessed.
Amazon Rings: I have wanted more jewelry, but never want to drop a bunch of money on anything other than necklaces apparently…I got these two gold plated with pavé cz rings on Amazon, each under $20 individually and on *PRIME* for Christmas, and I’ve felt instantly 50% richer by wearing them. Amazon Rings are the new Air Pods for me I guess. Shop them through my Amazon influencer page!
Glossier Generation G Lipstick in Cake: I already loved the Gen G lipsticks from Glossier, but they got even better when they reformulated. Cake looks so good on me and is now my favorite since they switched what Leo looks like (for what exactly…beats me). They’re affordable and like my lips but better lipsticks…weightless, natural, everything!
Boy Smells Ash Candle: Boy Smells has been on my candle wish list * for ever * so I was thrilled to get a mini set of some votives that I asked for for Christmas from work! I instantly fell in love with ASH, which is described as firewood, smoke, charcoal, palo santo, and hay. It smells so much sexier than it sounds. I am so in love with it that I forgot it was burning and promptly burnt half of it the first time I burnt it…guess I need a full size ASAP.
Lilly Lashes in Miami: My sister got me some Lilly Lashes for Christmas, including these, which is amazing because they’re really something I would’nt think to buy for myself, but now that I have them, I’m a new bitch. Long lashes give me Big Dick Energy™ instantly. I’d tried the Mykonos before, but I think they intimidated me, but after experimenting with some cheap lashes I decided that these bad and boujie thicc lashes are the way to go. They also have a faux version if you don’t want mink!
Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Nectar Perfume: I asked for this for Christmas because my signature scent has been sold out online for so long, and I smelled this as a Sephora sample and fell in love…especially due to the fact that they added orange blossom! I’ve been a fan of the OG Flowerbomb for years, so this is a welcome addition to my perfume collection that isn’t too much like Flowerbomb to the point that I’d be sick of it.
