Spooky Glow in the Dark Eyes Nail Art Tutorial

Happy Halloween! This is a super fun Halloween nail art tutorial that replicates those creepy eyes you see in the dark like you see in movies…and the best part is that they glow in the dark, too!

Materials:

Black nail polish (or background color of your choice)- I used OPI Black Onyx

White nail polish- I used Circus by Andrea’s Choice in Reverso

Glow in the dark polish- I used China Glaze’s Ghoulish Glow

Nail art dotting tool- from eBay
