Essie Stroke of Brilliance

I couldn’t wait to receive this polish as a Klout perk, because I love Essie! Random note…but I just read this interview with the founder, Essie Weingarten, and fell in love! Her story is awesome. This polish is a medium blue metallic glitter (both medium and small sizes), which create a multidimensional glitter look that I love. I swatched this polishes twin sister, Set in Stones, a while back!

I wouldn’t say that blue is my favorite glitter color at all, I much prefer traditional golds, silvers, and the like, that can go over any color. I paired this with Essie’s “No Place Like Chrome” silver polish from the Mirror Metallics collection! All in the family! I applied 1-2 coats of Stroke of Brilliance for this mani! What do you think?
