Tangerine Tuesday #3: MAC Modern Mandarin Blush

MAC Modern Mandarin Blush (Tres Cheek)

When I heard MAC was releasing the “Tres Cheek” collection and I saw this baby, I knew I had to have it! I went to my MAC store the day it launched but it had already sold out! Luckily, I found it when I was in New York City in the Times Square location, so it is that much more important to me! This blush is definitely my new favorite just because it is a bright orange, rather than a light peach.

Modern Mandarin, close up

This blush is a satin finish, so it has a light sheen. I can’t detect the sheen on my cheeks so I don’t mind it, since I typically go for matte blushes anyway.

Modern Mandarin Blush Swatch

It looks a lot pinker in this swatch, but it’s a great blush. I absolutely love it! (and don’t worry, I have one stocked for a giveaway in the future for those of you who missed it!)

What’s your product this week for Tangerine Tuesday?

See you next TT!

  1. Ooh Wow love this one:) I gravitate towards to scary looking blushes like bright orange and red..more wearable then you would think xx

I'm really into orange and coral blush this summer! Thanks for sharing this! I'll definitely check it out next time I'm at the MAC store. :)
